Purchase Agreement


Science LabPaqs and products may be purchased ONLY if the purchaser can state and agree to the following:

 

  • I am over 18 years old and/or am legally capable of entering into contracts. 
  • I am purchasing science LabPaq(s) and/or material(s) for a student, an educational institution, or myself and I warrant my purchase will be used only for educational  purposes in conjunction with a formal course of science study.
     
  • I understand that Hands-On Labs, Inc.'s products and science LabPaqs are not toys; that they may contain potentially harmful items and/or chemicals that could cause injury or death if misused; that these products should be used only as directed; and that they should be safely stored out of the reach of children and pets.
     
  • I will ensure that, prior to any purchased product's use, the person(s) who use these materials will fully understand and employ all related safety precautions.
     
  • I will ensure that the user(s) completely read and fully understand all the safety precautions noted in the accompanying lab manual before any experimentation is conducted. I will further ensure that all safety precautions are adequately implemented during experimentation and that experiments are performed exactly as directed in the lab manual.
     
  • Warranty/Return Policy: I understand and fully accept that science LabPaqs are warranted only to contain their stated list of equipment and supplies, that returns for refund can be made only within three (3) weeks of delivery, that shipping charges are not refundable, that substantial restocking fees apply, and that to qualify for a refund the return must EXACTLY follow the detailed the procedures outlined in the Refund Policy link and the Warranty Info link.
     
  • I unconditionally accept full and complete responsibility for any liability related to my purchase and the use of science products or materials from Hands-On Labs, Inc. (HOL). 
     

  • I authorize Hands-On Labs to contact me and/or the intended LabPaq product user for science research purposes.
