Ordering & Shipping Information

LabPaqs offers students easy and convenient online ordering in three easy clicks with no “middleman” to increase costs. If you are not sure which LabPaq to order, please check your syllabus or instructor. We recommend that you double-check your order before final submission to avoid return restrictions listed below. All shipping fees are paid by purchaser.

2.Click Add To Cart for the specific LabPaq you wish to order (i.e. CK-101)
3.Click Secure Checkout and follow onscreen instructions

Important Details:

Complete Information: Make sure to include your full name, a street mailing address with zip code. The billing information must include the same information used by your bank or credit card company or your order may be declined. There is a separate column for the shipping information.

P.O. Box: A US P.O. Box can be used. However, you will incur an additional fee from UPS for shipping to a P.O. Box that will later be billed to your credit card.

APO/FPO Orders: Call 1-866-206-0773 or e-mail - Info@LabPaq.com for shipping arrangements if these charges were not included with your order. Additional shipping charges are calculated for APO/FPO orders and will be billed to your credit card.
Debit Card User: Banks put up to a 72-hour "hold" on debit card accounts for the full amount of every charge attempt, even if the charge is declined. If your order is declined twice, please do NOT reorder; call our office for at 1-866-206-0773.

Money Order: If you prefer to order by mail, please click "I Agree!" to the Purchase Agreement and complete your order to calculate the correct shipping charges and taxes. Print out the page with shipping method. Purchase a money order or cashier check only (no personal checks) for the total amount made payable to Hands-On Labs, Inc. Mail your order and payment. (See Contact Us).
Declined Order: If your order is DECLINED twice, do not continue to attempt to place an order online. Contact our office.

Cancelled Order: There is a $10.00 fee for canceling an order. Please make sure you order the correct LabPaq and that you intend to complete your course before ordering.

International Order: Call 1-866-206-0773 or e-mail (Info@LabPaq.com) for shipping arrangements if these charges were not included your order. Shipments MUST be made by UPS, Fed-Ex or other commercial carrier. International shipping charges are calculated and will be billed to your credit card.

Shipping Information: All shipping originates from the DENVER, CO area. Orders received from Monday through Friday by 2 pm Mountain Time are usually processed and shipped the same business day. UPS does not pick up on weekends or some holidays, so a "next-day delivery" order received late Friday afternoon may not arrive until the following Tuesday. A charge for order handling is included with the shipping charge. Please note that if Hands-On Labs ships a LabPaq, and it is then refused by the customer, the additional cost of the return charged to HOL by UPS will be also deducted from the refunded amount.
Pick Up: Any orders where the shipping option of "Pick Up at Englewood Colorado Office" is chosen will not be available for pick up until the next business day after the order is made. There is a $15.00 handling charge for pickup of orders at our warehouse. In many cases it may be more convenient for students in the Metro Denver area to select the normal UPS Ground shipping option since these orders, if made before 2:00 PM, are usually delivered the next business day.

Transporting LabPaqs on Passenger Planes: Since 9-11-2001, LabPaqs containing even small quantities of chemicals should not be transported on passenger planes. Even if you pack the LabPaq in checked luggage, there is a risk of having it confiscated. It is recommended that you arrange to ship your LabPaq by UPS, Fed-Ex or other commercial carrier. The cost of shipping is less than the cost of having a LabPaq confiscated!
